This book is not about every handload I’ve ever tried in every rifle. Instead, it’s about combinations of powders and bullet weights that have shot well in more than one rifle chambered for a certain cartridge.
It was inspired by an article by another hunting-rifle writer, who knows his stuff. He stated that since all rifles are slightly different, even those made by the same factory, it’s highly unlikely for a certain load to be accurate in all the rifles chambered for that cartridge.
It’s also simplified as much as possible, and part of that’s the load tables. Instead of listing every nit-picky detail, including the brand of every component and the cartridge overall length, I only listed the bullet, powder charge, and average group size.
Why? You’re just going to have to read the book.
And, with that, we’re off again!
